Terms of Service

ForgeWear provides custom apparel design tools, AI-assisted artwork, product previews, checkout, and print-on-demand order preparation.

Customers are responsible for the prompts, uploaded files, custom text, and final designs they choose to place on products. Only submit artwork you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have the right to use.

Orders are custom-made and may be reviewed before fulfillment. ForgeWear may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that appear unsafe, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or outside print provider requirements.

Product previews are visual estimates. Final print appearance can vary based on garment color, garment material, print provider, artwork quality, placement, and production limitations.

Discounts and order adjustments must be applied before payment. After payment, the captured PayPal amount must match the ForgeWear order total before fulfillment can proceed.
